Meet Brent

I was born and raised in Port Washington, WI. After attending law school and practicing law in Cleveland, Ohio until 2009, my wife and I moved back to Wisconsin.

In 2010 I started Hoeft Law, LLC, with the desire to provide high-quality legal services while controlling client costs by leveraging technology to increase efficiency and accuracy. I take my work and the quality of the services I provide very seriously. As an attorney it is my duty to zealously and competently represent my clients to the best of my ability and I recognize that my services are only valuable to my clients if I can deliver quality services in an efficient and cost effective manner.

I am a frequent presenter at State Bar of Wisconsin conferences on topics pertaining to web-based practice of law and the usage, security, privacy, and ethics of technology in law firms.

I live in the Madison area with my wife and 2 kids. In my free-time I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports (especially, Packers and Badgers games) and developing (pun intended) my skills in my longtime hobby of photography.

It is my pledge to you that at Hoeft Law you will receive traditional, quality legal services, innovatively delivered so you receive the value you expect.
